Common questions about KEJAANS publication process
Manuscripts can be submitted through our online platform or via email to kejaanseditor@ksusta.edu.ng. All submissions must follow our author guidelines and formatting requirements. The submission file should be in Microsoft Word format and not exceed 5MB in size.
KEJAANS follows a double-blind peer review process. The average time from submission to first decision is 4-6 weeks. Papers requiring major revisions or additional review may take longer. We publish three issues per annum in January, May, and September.
Yes, KEJAANS is a non-profit, open access journal. All published articles are freely available to readers worldwide. We do not charge article processing fees for authors from African institutions.
KEJAANS covers all aspects of Crop Science, Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Food Science, Fisheries, Biotechnology, Soil Science, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry, Environment, Wildlife, Agricultural Education, and Agro-allied Industries, as well as all Natural Science research related to Agriculture.
